How to Delete a Widget That Can't be removed through the layout is actually is very easy, here's how:
1. Go to Template - edit HTML.
2. Search for the title of the widget you want to delete by pressing Ctrl + F and enter the name of the widget can not be deleted earlier, such as "Attribution".

3. Replace the code locked = 'true' in your html, with = 'false'.
4. Click Save Template.
5. after finishing try to get back into the layout and then refresh the page,
then see your widgets that can not be deleted.
So now when you trying to edit gedget from layout the word "delete" will appear there, and the widget will be able to moved or deleted also.
note:
also work on onother widget just seach with widget name on html template editor, and then change value locked ='true'
with locked = 'false'.
